Praying Girls.

When James & I go to antique shops, here is one of the things I look for. We call them "Praying Girls" because they each have a little prayer on them. There are salt & pepper shakers, soap dishes, napkin holders, toothpick holders, & spoon holders. They come in blue or pink, but I mostly collect pink. There are a couple of blue one on the top shelf, though.

I wish Christmas could just be about what it's supposed to be about. Loving Jesus and being thankful for Him coming to earth for us. There is so much beauty in that idea alone that its so sad that all we see this time of year are images of santa & wrapped presents & christmas trees & anything else merchandisers want to throw your way in hopes of getting your money.

I'm going to ask God to make my Christmas especially holy this year. For Him to be the sole purpose in it with no distractions.

Get my haircut in an hour or so.

Had AWESOME chicken tortilla soup for lunch.

James is seeing the new James Bond movie right this very moment.

Today is my father-in-law's birthday. You go George.

This frog was put on a BeautiCreams page for a little while today and then he became stranded there, as I could not delete him. This was only funny to some. But I was one of the some. :-)
